Reason Dor Freezing DA Arrears

  • level 1 employees at least would receive DA arrears of between INR 11000 to INR 37000.
  • Level 13 above employees at best could get an amount between`INR 1,44,000 and INR 2,18,000`.  
  • And others include pensioners whose payment will depend on their draft final salary upon pension.  

How To Claim DA Arrears?

In the event that the government will finally dispense the delayed payment, employees may have to observe the following methods:  

  1. Official Notification. Watch out for announcements from the “Finance Ministry or Department of Expenditure.”  
  2. Salary Slip Validation. Confirm that your salary slips show DA increments** from Jan 2020 to June 2021.  
  3. Application Process. If it is required, employees will have to apply a claim form through their department or online portal.  
  4. Bank Account Details. Ensure that your bank details are updated with the relevant department so that you can receive the delayed payment all at once without delays.
